"Dealing with a company that is so helpful and caring made this a lot easier..."
Rebecca (spouse) Wisconsin 04/2009
“We bought the LTC policy in 2005. We were hoping to never use this policy. We felt we needed the protection and liked the peace of mind.
My husband passed away in 2009 of pancreatic cancer. I was very satisfied with the way Platinum and GTL handled my questions and
problems. This was a very hard time for my family and dealing with a company that’s so helpful and caring made this a lot easier. The people
I dealt with were very respectful and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone.”
"We took out Long-Term Care Coverage to protect our assets..."

“We took out Long-Term Care Coverage to protect our assets back in 2007. My wife
died of breast cancer in 2009. I received a check back from GTL for all of her
premiums less the claim for the Hospice Care that she received under the policy.
It was nice to get a surprise back from the company. A nice check. I wish my
wife was still here but she’s not! Also, I only need to pay my premium for
another 8 years and I will have a paid up policy, another nice benefit under
this policy. I would highly recommend this policy to all people who are looking
for long-term care coverage.”
"I would recommend this policy to anyone..."

“We bought our Long-Term Care policies back in 2002. I was surprised at how quickly our policies got to us. We thought buying Long-Term
Care was a good idea because we had to put our father in a nursing home and he was there for four years and we could see how expensive
the care was. What we really liked about the policy was if we didn’t use it our premiums would be refunded back to us. Unfortunately,
my husband passed away, and I got all of his premiums back. Platinum Services was excellent in dealing with them and I would recommend
this policy to anyone. Especially because Platinum Services, honored the Return of Premium Rider, which was added to our Long-Term Care
policies.”
